How to request deletion
To delete your SthirWA organisation account and associated platform data, email us from your registered address with a clear deletion request.
Include in your email
- Registered email address for your SthirWA account
- Organisation name
- Connected WhatsApp Business phone number (if any)
- A clear statement that you want the account and data deleted
What happens next
We verify ownership, disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account from SthirWA where applicable, and delete or anonymise organisation account data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal, billing, or security obligations.
Message history and contacts may also be held by Meta under WhatsApp policies independently of SthirWA.
